For in the in-person event, a badge is required to get in — registration will open both mornings right outside our event space.

To access the livestream of the event be on the look out for email instructions on how to watch the morning of the event.

You must have a Full Access Pass to buy a guest pass.

• You may purchase the guest pass at the same time during registration
• You may add a guest pass later by emailing Leanne Velky at lvelky@endpointsnews.com
• You may add a guest pass onsite at the Endpoints at #JPM25 registration counter

Guest passes are transferable and can be rotated to a different person throughout the day — you’ll get a transferable badge at registration.

If you want to switch guests:

• Give your colleague the badge prior to entering the Hub
• When you’re done, exit the Hub with your guest and switch out to a different colleague in the lobby area, then enter back with your new person

It’s one person per guest pass, so if you want to have more than one guest at a time, you’ll have to get an additional guest pass.

• You can rotate your colleagues — there’s no limit — but anyone accompanying you into the Hub must have the guest pass badge
• The price for a guest pass is the same as a Full Access Pass, $850

 Guests can access the entire space:

• Endpoints Hub area — our coworking and meeting space with light bites + refreshments
• Editorial sessions — panels and firesides moderated by Endpoints journalists

As per the cancellation policy in our event terms, cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 days before the start of the event. If you are no longer able to make it and would like to transfer your ticket to a colleague, you may do so by emailing lvelky@endpointsnews.com with a cc to the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.
