For in the in-person event, a badge is required to get in — registration will open both mornings in the lobby right outside our event space.

• The ballroom name is Yerba Buena on level B2

• Once you get to your dashboard, you will find the area to add a guest pass

Guest passes are transferable and can be rotated to a different person throughout the day — you’ll get a transferable badge at registration.

If you want to switch guests

• Give your colleague the badge prior to entering the Hub
• When you’re done, exit the Hub with your guest and switch out to a different colleague in the lobby area, then enter back with your new person

It’s one person per guest pass, but if you want to have more than one guest at a time, you’ll have to get an additional guest pass.

• You can rotate your colleagues — there’s no limit — but anyone accompanying you into the Hub must have the guest pass badge.
• There is a maximum of three discounted guess badges allowed
  •  $700 per pass if you want to get guest access both days
  •  $450 for a one day guest access
  • If you want to add a fourth guest or more, you will have to purchase full-priced passes
• Your guest pass access will be the same as your registrant days
  • Full Access registrants can get two day or one day guess pass access
  • Monday or Tuesday pass registrants can get guess pass access for the day they're registered

 Guests can access the entire space:

• Endpoints Hub area — our coworking and meeting space with unlimited coffee + refreshments
• Editorial sessions — panels and firesides moderated by Endpoints journalists

Yes, you are welcome to come and go as you please. Have your badge ready when you're ready to visit back with us.

• You'll find a link to modify your registration in your registration confirmation email
• Click on that and it will take you to your dashboard
• Look for the orange button on the right that says 'Receipt/Invoice' and click on that to either print or email a copy of the the receipt/invoice
